Data, privacy, and request terms
How inquiry data, analytics choices, estimates, and written scopes work.

The request form collects your name, company, email, goal, selected scope, and optional start date. It sends your brief to our server for review. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private customer records.
Storage and follow-up
Requests are stored in the website database when configured. A notification may also be delivered to our configured team inbox or Telegram integration. We use the information to review your request, prepare a scope, and follow up with you.
Retention and your choices
We have not published a fixed retention period. You can ask us on Telegram to locate, correct, or delete an inquiry. Include its reference number, not sensitive information. We may need to verify that you made the request before changing a record.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics is controlled by your analytics preference. You can change it in the footer. Analytics may include page and interaction events and campaign tags. Request forms work without accepting optional analytics.
Estimates and agreements
Submitting a form does not take payment, reserve a date, or create a delivery contract. Catalog prices are starting estimates. Setup work is scoped separately from recurring operation. Media spend, referral rewards, and third-party subscriptions are separate unless included in the written scope.
Revisions, cancellation, and delivery
Before paid work starts, the written proposal must specify deliverables, acceptance criteria, revision rounds, payment milestones, cancellation terms, access permissions, and handoff. Ask for any missing term before accepting the proposal. No refund or delivery guarantee is created by this page.
Sample work and third parties
Platform numbers, scores, brands, and work examples are illustrative. They are not client results or forecasts. Telegram is an external service with its own privacy terms. Opening a Telegram link does not send your brief automatically.
