Add one or more packages to build a combined request. Nothing is charged at this step.

Every package side by side.

Estimates are starting scopes. The final number is agreed in writing after a short review.

Four steps. A written gate before each one.

You always know what is being built, which evidence supports it, and what needs your approval next.

  1. Step 1: Audit

We map where you are before touching creative: baseline numbers, past campaign results, and the gap between you and the category leaders.

Approval gate. You approve the constraint and the target metric.

  2. Step 2: Build

We set the angle and build the system: positioning, hook matrix, templates, and the dashboard modules in scope.

Approval gate. You sign off on brand boundaries and voice.

  3. Step 3: Launch

Approved briefs become channel-ready assets. Controlled paid and organic tests go live with tracking in place.

Approval gate. You review creative and lock the media budget.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

You get the readout, the assets, the playbook, and the workspace. Operate it yourself or keep us on a retainer.

Approval gate. Final review and an optional Operate plan.

When a sprint is the right move, and when it is not.

We protect your budget and our focus with clear qualification. Send a request and we confirm fit before anything is scheduled.

Good fit

Sprints move these teams fastest.

  • You have paying customers, active users, or clear product pull
  • You know your margins, payback ceiling, and runway before spending
  • You want distinctive creative backed by evidence, not generic AI output
  • A sponsor can review briefs and approve tests within 24–48 hours

Not a fit

We decline or refer out.

  • You expect overnight viral results or growth-hack loopholes
  • You want mass unsegmented outreach that burns domains and breaks privacy law
  • The campaign has no measurable baseline or tracking
  • There is no product or customer signal yet; sprints cannot fix product gaps

Straight answers before you send a request.

Data access, ownership, approvals, and what happens after a sprint.

How do you keep AI output accurate?

Every factual claim in a brief is stored with its source link, timestamp, and content hash. Automated checks flag unsupported claims and brand-rule conflicts for a human editor; nothing publishes without that review.

Who owns the creative, playbooks, and code?

You do. Ownership, third-party licenses, and reuse rights are written into the statement of work. The default is a clean handoff with no platform lock-in.

What data or credentials do you need to start?

No production write access. Audits and creative work run on public signals, exported CSVs, or sandbox data. If you connect live sources or a CRM, we use read-only tokens you control.

How do approvals work in automated workflows?

No agent publishes content, changes media spend, or deploys a page on its own. At every milestone the workflow pauses with a review card, and a named sponsor approves before anything moves.

How is a sprint different from a monthly retainer?

A sprint is 1 to 4 weeks with a fixed scope, acceptance criteria, review cadence, and written terms. It ends with a decision point. Ongoing work is a separate Operate agreement, never an assumption.

What if we need ongoing support after the sprint?

Your team can run the handed-over workspace alone. If you want us to operate it, the Operate retainer covers monitoring, data sources, weekly review, and follow-up work, scoped separately.
